Returns & Exchanges

At Arranmore Lighting & Fans, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item back in its original manufacturer packaging with all included hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fixture, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
