How long will it take for my lighting or fan order to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for fixtures and fans?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all uninstalled products in their original packaging. Please note that once a fixture has been wired or installed, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Do your ceiling fans come with a warranty?
Yes, all Arranmore ceiling fans include a limited lifetime motor warranty and a 1-year warranty on all other parts and integrated LED kits.
Are your bathroom vanity lights suitable for damp locations?
Many of our fixtures are UL-rated for damp locations, making them perfect for bathrooms. Please check the specific product specifications on the item page to confirm its moisture rating.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we provide comprehensive installation guides with every product. We highly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired lighting and fan installations.
What happens if my glass shade arrives broken?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will ship out a replacement part or fixture immediately at no additional cost.
